Limitation of liability & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaopps' liability for loss or damage arising from rental is limited as set out in the rental agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable Australian state or territory where the vehicle was hired.

For disputes, parties should seek to resolve directly; unresolved matters may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authority or to courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia.
